Our Assistant Store Managers, role model and mentor teams on customer service excellence, embody maturity and professionalism.
As Assistant Store Manager you will help train and upskill our team on assisting with customer questions and providing genuine solutions - based assistance.
Aware of your surroundings, you see the store through the eyes of the customer. You proactively identify opportunities to support the team in the presentation of the store, stock replenishment and visual merchandising to enhance the customer experience. You show an innate style of taking pride in the store, attentive to ensuring that the stock, team and store are always on the ready to provide our customers the best experience throughout their visit.
You are clear on delegating tasks as priorities arise. The list of activities can be adapted because you understand what needs to be attended to and create a seamless flow throughout the day.
Our partnerships with customers and our community are part of what we cherish most. We understand that these events and services go hand in hand with ensuring pet families are well educated on puppy pre school support, complete care programs, the most recently released toys and dietary range. You actively identify opportunities to provide this information and insight with each interaction and assist the development of team members to attain the same knowledge and understanding.
