To meet with our rising business growth and to enhance our organisational efficiencies for the team, Best Friends Group is embarking on an exciting project to transform our operating platforms and procedures.
For this reason, we are on the search for an L&D Specialist who is available immediately to support our organisation with the configuration and implementation of a fully integrated payroll and HRIS platform.
Your role within the project
At this stage, the project is scheduled for delivery at the end April 2021. We expect there will be post implementation activity that will require continued support from this specialist.
During this initial four - month contract, you will be supported by our HR team, a Project Manager and several Subject Matter Experts across specialist fields within the business.
Utilising your prior specialist experience in L&D you will be instrumental to delivering some of the following core activities:
- Reviewing our inventory of training, continuous education and service provider modules and helping select those that will be migrated into the new HRIS system for future use,
- Assisting with the migration of training modules across from the current system into the new HRIS system,
- Help review, refresh and customise our training modules to ensure they are current, compliant and in line with our brand & values,
- Support various SME in the business with the conduct of a training needs analysis, looking at our current modules and future business learning objectives,
- Assist in the planning and development of blended learning opportunities that are both business and compliance-based,
- Support in the evaluation of individual and organisational development needs that will further individual, team, and business - wide capability, and
- Identify gaps and make suitable recommendations.
About you
As an L&D specialist, you bring:
- Knowledge and experience in the build and customisation of e-learning modules,
- Competency in the use of e-learning platforms and systems,
- Experience in the integration of learning into induction and development plans,
- a collaborative style of supporting diverse business functions deliver results within short timeframes,
- agility and ability to grasp complex and large volumes of information quickly and adapt your approach to meet multiple demands, and
- an adept communication style when gaining and presenting information with purpose and clarity.
